For Inland Empire events, we don’t have a strict guest minimum. Our catering services are available for events starting at $700 minimum and are designed to serve up to 35 guests. Events located in OC/SD require a minimum of 50 guests.
Our standard catering service runs for approximately 1 - 1.5 hours, depending on the package. This does not include setup and breakdown time, which we handle separately to ensure everything runs smoothly and on schedule.
We require a minimum of 1.5 - 2 hours for setup prior to the start of service.
In addition to your selected menu items, our pricing includes a 1-1.5 hour service window (depending on the package), setup and breakdown, cleaning time, and staff. We also provide disposable plates, napkins, and forks (if pasta or salad is included in your menu)
