FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Our catering services are available for events with a minimum of 35 guests to ensure the best quality and value for your event. Events located in LA/OC/SD/SGV require a minimum of 50 guests.
Our standard catering service runs for approximately 1.5 - 2 hours, depending on the package. This does not include setup and breakdown time, which we handle separately to ensure everything runs smoothly and on schedule.
We require a minimum of 1.5 - 2 hours for setup prior to the start of service.
In addition to your selected menu items, our pricing includes a 2.5 - 3 hour service window, setup and breakdown, cleaning time, and staff. We also provide disposable plates, napkins, and forks (if pasta is included in your menu)
We cater events throughout Southern California, parts of Los Angeles, the Inland Empire, Orange County, and San Diego.
We offer complimentary travel for the first 15 miles from our Menifee location. For events farther away, we offer flat-rate travel fees based on total round-trip distance beyond the first 15 miles:
- 15–30 miles: $25
- 30–45 miles: $50
- 45–60 miles: $75
- 60+ miles: Custom quote
We require a clear, level space of at least 10x10 feet to safely set up our mobile oven and prep area. If access is limited or you’re unsure about the space, we’re happy to chat through the details beforehand!
Yes! Most of our pizzas are vegetarian by default, with the exception of our pepperoni options. We also offer vegan alternatives for an additional cost — just let us know in your inquiry form so we can include it in your custom quote.
To lock in your date, we ask for a 25% deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance can be paid anytime, as long as it's settled before your event day.
If something comes up, no worries — you’ll receive a full refund if you cancel at least 14 days in advance.
